Techware has fulfilled its obligation in meeting the Penang State Government requirements by constructing a bridge across Sungai Besar. The 45m span bridge links our project to Jelutong Expressway and the Penang Bridge.

Hawker Centre

Techware has also successfully constructed a hawker centre with a built-up area of 1803 sq m² for the community residing in Gold Coast vicinity. There are 38 stalls in the food court.

Surau

Techware has also fulfilled its obligation in meeting the Religious Department's requirements by constructing a double storey Surau with a built-up area of 903 sq m².

School

Additionally, Techware has also constructed one block of 4 storey school in Sungai Dua (Permatang Buluh), Butterworth comprising 8 classrooms, 2 laboratories, canteen, staff room and a football field as part of our commitment towards the State Education.
