Techware has fulfilled its obligation in meeting the Penang State Government requirements by constructing a bridge across Sungai Besar. The 45m span bridge links our project to Jelutong Expressway and the Penang Bridge.

Techware has also successfully constructed a hawker centre with a built-up area of 1803 sq m2 for the community residing in Gold Coast vicinity. There are 38 stalls in the food court.

Techware has sucessfully constructed surau for the community residing in Gold Coast vicinity.
